Mobilizing The Adult Department for Excellent Works for The Golden Year of the Church.
To achieve this objective, we have outlined several key strategies:
- We will take an active role in all the activities set by the Church Council for this golden year of the Church. This will allow us to contribute to the success of the anniversary celebrations;
- We will redefine our standards and set a culture of excellence. By doing so, we hope to inspire others to strive for excellence in all that they do;
- We will make the department a place for innovation and initiatives. We believe that by encouraging creativity and innovation, we can achieve great things;
- We will support and encourage programs that will build our skills. This will enable us to contribute more effectively to the Church and to society as a whole;
- We will provide tools that we can use in our ministries. We recognize that having access to the right tools is essential for success;
- We will enlist the service of professionals and skillful brethren in different ministries. By working together, we can achieve great things and make a difference in the lives of those around us; and finally
- We will consecrate ourselves for the Spirit of Excellence to work in us and through us.
All this by God’s grace and mercy.
