Established in 1991 as the National Adult Watchers’ Department, the International Church Adult Department (ICAD) holds a captivating history filled with vitality and progression. Apostle Arsenio Tan Ferriol, the esteemed Goodman of the House and apostle in the end time, founded this department with the primary objective of designing programs that specifically cater to adult members of the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch). The department’s ultimate purpose was to assist the church in guiding its adult members towards attaining a state of perfected faith.
As time progressed, ICAD expanded its reach to include adult watchers residing abroad, prompting its rebranding in 2019 to the International Church Adult Department. This change served as a symbol of its global expansion and inclusive nature.
The dawn of October 2022 marked a new chapter for the International Church Adult Department. With a fresh lineup of officers appointed by the Apostolic Council, ICAD embarked on a journey poised to elevate its services to unprecedented heights. This remarkable cohort of officers had the distinct privilege of serving during the church’s golden year, presenting them with a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact. Hence, the adaptation of the motto: ICAD GOLD: Aiming for Apostolic Standard of Service.
